The draft regulation sets out sure restrictions around the electricity ordered in the PPAs, stating that “no number of electricity ordered by the market participant under the eligible invest in arrangement [is usually] used by or credited to the market participant in regard of any IESO demand response auctions or pilots or any capacity auction.�
